User Agreement

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Multi-factor authentication is required for admin, Founder, and workspace-owner roles.

• A workspace owner controls membership, roles, and data lifecycle for the workspace.
• Staff members access the workspace under the owner's rules and this Agreement; the owner is responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and role assignment.
• Removing a staff member revokes their access immediately; audit logs are retained.
• OMS does not adjudicate disputes between owners and staff; local employment or contractor law applies.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant OMS a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
• You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
• AI outputs generated on your behalf may be used by you for any lawful purpose, subject to the AI Usage Policy and the license terms of the underlying model provider.

• Enable MFA and use strong, unique credentials.
• Report suspected security incidents to omsit.official@gmail.com without delay.
• Do not share API keys, session tokens, or workspace invites publicly.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing platform controls.
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or content you lack rights to.
• Using OMS to harass, defame, or unlawfully surveil any person.
• Using OMS to make consequential decisions about people without meaningful human review (see AI Usage Policy).

OMS may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Users may terminate at any time by closing the account; data will be handled per the Data Processing Policy.
