This policy is maintained by the OMS AI Nexus™ team to explain what data our platform collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the OMS website, admin console, and API surfaces.

- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers you provide when signing in.
- Content you submit: uploaded assets, form messages, and configuration you enter into the admin console.
- Operational logs: request metadata (timestamp, route, status) used to keep the platform running safely.
2. How we use it
We use collected data to operate the service, secure it against abuse, respond to inquiries, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
3. How we protect it
Data is stored in OMS AI Nexus managed cloud with row-level security policies, private storage buckets, signed URLs for media, and role-gated administrative access. Sensitive keys never leave the server runtime.
4. Cookies & analytics
The site uses only functional cookies required for authenticated sessions. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will be disclosed here and configurable.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
